To hide their inept failure in keeping their own NDA flock together and also to divert attention from the fact that these blasts have occured in BJP ruled states where the law and order is a state subject and the blame is directly on them; Sushma Swaraj has stooped low in blaming the UPA. To add salt to the injury; Shivraj Patil is the worst home minister of India and is thoroughly incompetent, inefficient, unworthy and shameless.
